La Almazara Molino del Motrotón sited in Turis (Valencia) was founded in 1924. It is a second grade cooperative with a total amount of 139.000 olive trees distributed in 2400 Ha. The process to extract the extra virgin olive oil is elaborated employing the most advanced equipment allowing a 60.000 Kg olives grinding per day with a storage capacity of 650.000 litres. It is considered of great importance within the Food and Agricultural section due to the prizes handed in.
