Homestay accommodation with Spanish Host Families

All host families are personally selected by our director Amelia Hernández, based on strict standards: good neighborhood, excellent access to public transport, clean and comfortable homes, good food, kind persolalities and nice atmosphere at home. These are experienced hosts who genuinely enjoy sharing their culture and helping the students to improve their Spanish.

Our homestays are designed for a meaningful immersion stay only for students in international mobility programs through schools or specialized companies, never to individuals.

What’s a homestay in Spain?

What’s a homestay in Spain?

A homestay is a type of accommodation where you live in the home of a local host or host family. It includes a private, fully furnished bedroom—often with access to shared living spaces like the bathroom, dining area, and living room.

At Venamicasa, our homestays are all with carefully selected Spanish families who love hosting international students. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a full cultural and language immersion experience.

Why Choose Homestay in Spain?

Why Choose Homestay in Spain?

Because it’s the most authentic way to experience Spanish life. You’ll not only enjoy the comfort of a real home, but also dive headfirst into the language, traditions, and daily life of Spain. Your host family will help you settle in, show you around, and support you in improving your Spanish from day one.

We've been working with the same trusted host families since 2003, focusing exclusively on homestay accommodation. That means we know our hosts personally—and you can count on safe, clean, and welcoming homes, great food, and reliable service.

We’re available 24/7, and we have host families across all our destinations, with flexible options to suit your needs and budget.
