The glamorous Paseo de Garcia Faria is pretty spectacular, full of life, bars, restaurants, terraces, entertainment and fashion, if you are lucky to catch availability you cannot pass up the opportunity of living in the most fascinating place in all Barcelona and only 15 minutes by direct metro line L4 from Plaza Catalunya.

Please not that this home is not the most suited to practice your Spanish skills. Her owner Ms. Nordete, 53 yo is a very nice Brazilian woman but her spoken Spanish is not very fluent. She lives alone. Excellent atmosphere at home.
