Confortable and funtional shared apartment with a nice atmosphere located in the heart of the City of Barcelona. Excellent connections by subrail and underground to everywhere. 

The flat is located in the very nice and exclusive neighborhood of Sant Gervasi, close to Plaza Molina. From there is very easy to take the Avenue Gran de Gracia and enjoy of the most famous Gaudi’s works in a lovely walk to Plaza Catalunya.

Mrs. Inma lives alone and shares her apartment with young people (max. 35 yo). She is a friend of Mrs. Encarna, the owner of the apartment at Cubelles St. 

 

Excellent connection by direct underground line L2 to Sagrada Familia and Paseo de Gracia with the most important Gaudi’s works: La Pedrera and Casa Batllo in less than 20 minutes.

Loli, the house owner, is a civil servant bachelor degree in Spanish Philology. She is an excellent cook of the most traditional Spanish dishes. Excellent atmosphere at home.

Excellent location in the heart of the City close to Paseo de Gracia and Gaudi’s Route.  Underground station is located just in the corner with excellent connections: 3 lines L1, L5 and Circular.

A very sunny and bright apartment tastefully decorated. Ms. Marta and her husband are the owner of this nice flat. He works as a doctor, both are 68 and 62 yo. She worked as a teacher and speaks English and can manage with French and Italian. The house has a spectacular terrace.

Two metro lines outsite home L5 and L4 “Maragall” Station. Only 4 minutes away by underground line L4 to  all City Sights and the most beautiful Streets: Paseo de Gracia and Gaudi’s Route: La Pedrera, Casa Batllo, Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya is only a nice walk.

Sagrada Familia is only 8 min. away by underground L5.

Direct connection throughout L5 to the main train station “Barcelona-Sants” and with L4 “Estacion de Francia”.

To stay at Encarna’s home is a delight, She is really a nice and kind person, 48 yo, she lives alone and cooks the Spanish Omelette “Tortilla de patatas” better than nobody.
