INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RESERVATIONS

 

To make a reservation for the hotel rooms, dinner-party and further activities, it is necessary to communicate it in written to: original-meetings@hotmail.com; and to point out which activities you wish to attend to. All the activities scheduled carry an advance booking payment to the bank account that will be provided by e-mail; it will be considered as a deposit which guarantees your attendance.

In the event of not being able to attend and having paid in the advance booking fee, you will have to communicate it in written before the 30th of April 2,005 and you will get your money back, except for the refund bank charges.

From that date, the rooms and activities will have been signed up, therefore the amount of money paid in for the advance booking will not be refunded.

Booking of the rooms:

For the booking of the rooms at the special offered price, it is necessary to communicate it in written to the following e-mail address original-meetings@hotmail.com; on top of that, and to have done the booking with the hotel by credit card before the 1st of May 2,005. From that date, neither the special price for civil servants nor the reservation room availability are guaranteed and the booking will have to be dealt with the hotel.

Dinner-party reservation: 

It will take effect by paying in a 40-euro deposit before the 1st of May 2,005. Once this amount has been paid in, you will be assigned a reference code that will match your dinner-party ticket which will be given to you in the hotel before the event and it will be of use for some draws among the attendants.

Activities reservation: 

For the tapas dinner and the city tour, your booking will take effect after paying in a 12-euro deposit before the 1st of May 2,005.
