Mss. Silvia has been Teacher of Classic Ballet and Spanish Dance, Flamenco and Sevillanas in several schools of Barcelona and Tarragona from 2000 to 2004. Actually is Teacher of Sevillanas at the Civil Centre of El Carmel in Barcelona from 1994, Headteacher of the "Neoclasic" School from 1992 and Teacher dance at the School "Coves d'en Cimany" in Barcelona from 1999.

                               ONE - TO- ONE  CLASSES  :    1 hour     38 Euros

All the students will be given a Certificate or Diploma at the end of their classes.

 

The dancing classes will be given in the "Neoclasic" Academy of Spanish Dance (neighbourhood (Josep Estivill Street, numbers 71 and 73), fifteen minutes by bus from the center of Barcelona. The dancing classes will be given in the mornings or also in the afternoons.

 

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

  • It is necessary o take at least 10 hours of Flamenco/Sevillanas classes to be able to begin dancing.

 

  • The students of the Basic and Intermediate Dancing Courses must bring Flamenco shoes and skirts to dance. Once the students are in Barcelona the teacher may ask for castanets, shawls or fans. The students of the Advanced Dancing Course will need «Bata de cola» (tail dressing) gowns to dance.

 

  • Students who are not part of the European Union will have to pay the entire tuition in order to get the certificate which let’s them apply for a student visa in the Spanish consulates abroad.
