Just few steps from Plaza de Cuba and the beautiful and emblematic San Telmo’s Bridge, between the beautiful Avenues close to the Guadalquivir River: Paseo de Cristobal Colón and Paseo de las Delicias. The popular Asuncion Street is only few steps from home.

All the most City sights are in a walking distance from Ms. Gumer’s home: The Gold Tower, Reales Alcazares, Santa Cruz and San Anselmo’s neighborhoods, The Cathedral, the University, Maria Luisa Park, even 15 minutes walking to Plaza de España.

Ms. Gumer is really a very nice and kind woman, housewife, She lives with her husband both 61 yo. They enjoy having guest at home. Excellent cook.
